Happy New Year!

Each time we open the door to a new year, we tend to list all the things we have achieved alongside all the things we have yet to achieve. I, for one, have the necessity to focus on the negatives; on the people I've lost contact with, the grades I've missed out on and the regretful mistakes I've made.
What we usually don't find people doing is counting their smallest blessings. Look around you... What do you see? Now list at least 10 things you wouldn't need to breathe and survive. Isn't it funny how rarely we stop to ponder over our miniature blessings?
So here's to 2014, in hope of it bringing even more happiness, wisdom and unforgettable memories.
