It gets better.

I wrote the following for my college creative writing enhancement blog, planet125.blogspot.com (yay for shameless promoting!) on one of my favourite movie characters of all time. I should also add that this is the unedited version from a year ago...

Wanted and drunk. 

An odour or two seems to follow me too 

along with the stares of the 

'nouveau riche',

But I have to find it, make sure its beauty remains untouched. 

The name causes every head to turn

with wonder, disbelief and envy,

"By God, it can't be real", they all exclaim

Nay, it's real, I say. 

For some it's a blessing, for others 

it's a curse

It is of course the Black Pearl,

Call me Captain. Cap'un Jack Sparrow, 

Prepare 

to be blown out of the water.
